About Sharon
Dr Sharon Parry is an Australian-trained physiotherapist, researcher, and educator with over 30 years of clinical and academic experience. Her PhD examined the detrimental health impacts of desk-based work and innovative solutions, and her research has since extended to other sedentary populations including children and older adults.
Sharon brings extensive expertise and a rigorous, evidence-based approach to the programs she delivers in order to achieve better health and fewer injuries.
